We are racing Flagship again this year. Our thoughts go out to founding crew member Mike (Pork Chop) and his family. This year won't be the same without him, and we already can't wait for next year!
Flagship took care of us. We arrived in the early evening at Tarpaulin Cove on Thursday night, and then on to HYC by noon on Friday. The poolside bar over by the Hyannis Marina is fantastic. During the race the current caught up with us at the G5 mark halfway out on the course. After 3 solid hits to the hull, no significant damage except for a few minor gelcoat scratches. All we had to do was drill the book shelves back in on the port side of the main cabin. 9th place out of 19, whoops.
